The grass is not so green
Plantation Police Chief Howard Harrison said the city is considering several ideas to make roads (not saying this road) safer. Among them, additional stop lights and stop signs, better lighting, and roundabouts. There’s no word yet on when these improvements could be implemented.

Picking up the tab...
This shows how sad of a city Plantation really is. When they boast about acknowledging a safety concern 15 years ago (before crashes started in 2015) but were too cheap to do anything about it, wanting the "county to pick up the tab". Such a failure of leadership. JAN 16, 2023

Relocate the trees - Plantation is more concerned about 12 small trees than human life, your life!
Engineering field reviewed the area and working on the design of guardrail to be installed within the swale area of Nob Hill Road from the elementary school entrance to NW 6th street.
We located all existing utilities and drafted a conceptual plan. We are currently working on the detailed plans including possibility of extending a sidewalk and relocating some of the landscaping to accommodate the guardrail installation. See attached plan for your information.
Please note that the attached plan is just conceptual plan only. Full detail plans will be provided when available.

Nob Hill Road Plantation Florida Car Crashes
When is enough, enough? Does someone have to die from a crash for the city to act? In Plantation more than likely that's a yes but even then, you will get nothing more than a speed sign for a week. It's all about money not your safety. Plantation needs new leadership!
